As soon as your clients are ready to begin the process, I'll initiate contact, find out the specifics  and start providing them information about the area, homes, schools, maps etc. In fact, if they are ready now, they can click here and begin getting emailed listings NOW!

When they are ready to make a trip here, I'll meet them at an airport, train station, bus station or any station and take them to where they might be staying or have to initially go. As long as I have sufficient notice, I'll insure that we maximize their time during trips here.

I've lived in the area for more than 43 years and am extremely knowledgeable about the bay area. I was first licensed in 1986 and earned my brokers license in March of 2002. I also hold the CRS, the GRI, and the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.

I am a member in good standing with the countrys premier REO broker association, the NRBA. An elite group of brokers that focus primarily on REO.

I have excellent financial contacts that can handle any mortgage need or problem. Your clients will receive courteous treatment and respect from these individuals and not be treated as just another loan. The individuals I suggest will always provide them as many alternatives as will suit their needs and always strive to educate them in the process.

I'll work at their pace and move as quickly or deliberately as their requirements dictate.

Your fee will be handled expeditiously as our office normally writes checks within a day of receiving the proceeds from the escrow company. And you will be paid accordingly.
